The paint for plastic painting is mainly composed of resin, pigment, auxiliary agent, solvent and other components. The different components play different roles. In the real plastic painting process, the solvent is often combined according to the solubility and specific requirements of the resin, so as to obtain a better paint effect. And the same is paint, sometimes the performance of exterior paint and interior paint is different.

This is because the thickness of the resin, solvent and lacquer layer used for the interior and exterior lacquers is different. When the plastic lacquer is processed, the resin for the interior lacquer is usually made of polyurethane resin for high wear resistance, while the outer lacquer is made of ring. Oxygen resin, acrylic resin, etc., which contribute to improving the weather resistance, scratch resistance and the like of the paint surface.

Moreover, in the plastic painting process, the thickness of the exterior plastic paint layer is thicker than that of the interior, usually greater than 40 μm, and the interior plastic paint layer is usually above 15 μm. The thicker the lacquer layer, the stronger the adhesion required. At this time, it is necessary to select a slightly more corrosive solvent to ensure the connection between the lacquer layer and the substrate.
