The spray gun is one of the indispensable equipments in the spraying process. It is used in many industries. The effect of the spray processing is related to the reasonable control of the spray gun. Therefore, it is necessary to master the number of control methods of the spray gun to ensure that The stability of the quality of the spray processing.
Generally speaking, the spray gun is controlled by a trigger. The deeper the trigger is, the greater the liquid flow rate. During the spraying of the processing equipment, the trigger is always buckled, not a half buckle. In order to avoid the accumulation of paint sprayed during each spraying process, experienced painters should slightly relax the trigger to reduce the amount of paint.
When actually spraying, the gun should be perpendicular to the surface of the substrate or as vertical as possible. If the spray gun is slightly skewed, the result will necessarily cause the spray belt to flow sideways, while the other side will appear thin and lacking paint, which is highly likely to cause a striped coating.
For siphonic spray guns, the ideal working interval should be 15-20 cm. Once the spacing is too close, there may be a runny that may even cause color inconsistencies when expected when spraying metal flash paint or pearlescent paint. However, if the interval is too far, it will lead to dry spray and overspray, which will make the leveling of the paint worse. If the spray processing equipment corresponds to a metallic flash paint, there may be a possibility of color change.
After changing to a pressure-feeding spray gun, it can be farther away from the substrate, and the interval is controlled to 20 to 30 cm. These are the principles that must be followed in the spraying process, and are also the basic conditions for obtaining high-quality spraying quality.
