There should be only a small amount of paint mist particles outside the spray edge; the configured air compressor capacity should meet the requirements of the equipment instruction manual.




In general, vacuum-plated UV coatings are often not directly usable, such as anti-corrosion coatings, in which case a series of subsequent treatments must be performed. The purpose of the subsequent treatment is obvious in order to prevent the corrosive medium in the coating from reaching the substrate through the pores of the coating, thereby causing corrosion of the substrate.




The subsequent treatment of the coating after the spraying process mainly refers to the sealing treatment, and can be used as a sealing agent for many materials, including organic materials such as paraffin, epoxy resin, silicone resin and inorganic materials such as oxides. Which one is selected depends on various factors such as the working medium, environment, temperature and cost of the workpiece.




For workpieces subjected to high stress loads or impact wear, in order to improve the bonding strength of the spray coating, in addition to the sealing treatment, the spray coating is remelted, such as flame remelting and induction remelting. , laser remelting and hot isostatic pressing.




After remelting the thermal spray processing coating, the porous coating which is only mechanically bonded to the substrate becomes a dense coating which is metallurgically bonded to the substrate, thereby further improving the quality of the workpiece and facilitating the elongation. Its service life.
