The oil and water in the tight air of the UV spraying process are not sufficiently incomplete, so that the excess air and oil in the tightening air will inevitably affect the quality of the spray coating film layer and cause various defects. Therefore, it is beneficial to improve the performance of the painted paint layer by insisting on regular liquidation and changing the oil and water from the filter in the equipment.




The influence of temperature and humidity on the surface of the spray coating on the quality of the spray coating film is very obvious. It should be noted that the temperature at the construction site of the paint should be in the range of 10 to 30 °C, and the relative humidity should not exceed 80%. The construction site must be clean, clean and orderly.




The temperature is too high, the relative humidity is large, the painted paint layer is easy to white, and the orange peel is present. When the temperature is too low, the paint layer is easy to flow, which has an adverse effect on the quality of the painted metal outer coating. Note that the distance between the spray gun and the surface to be sprayed is in the range of 200 to 300 mm, and the pressure of the compressed air is controlled at 2 to 4 kg/cm2, so that the paint quality can be effectively ensured.
