The composition and main features of oily grinding fluid

The essential components of the oily polishing liquid include mineral oil, an active agent, an extreme pressure additive, and the like, and various additives such as a rust preventive agent and an antioxidant are added.

1. Mineral oil. This kind of grinding liquid is mainly composed of light mineral oil as the main component, adding appropriate oil-soluble rust inhibitor and extreme pressure additive. Since mineral oil is a non-polar substance, it cannot be used in it. The surface forms a strong lubricating film, so it is necessary to add a suitable polar additive, which forms a film on the metal surface to reduce friction.

2, extreme pressure oil, when grinding, in order to form a strong lubricating film on the surface of the metal, it is necessary to add a certain amount of extreme pressure additives containing sulfur, phosphorus and other chemical elements to form extreme pressure oil, due to chlorine The friction coefficient of the compound is relatively low, and the lubricity of the chlorine-containing extreme pressure additive is better. When the chemical reaction of the metal material is chemically generated, the vulcanized film is not easily broken under the action of high temperature, and the temperature is not high.
