Body level correction

Refer to the level to correct the body level, that is, the water droplets in the middle of the level must be in the middle, if not in the middle, can be adjusted to the level by the four feet at the bottom of the machine. Fix the object to the platform (the object to be tested should be directly below the test roller). Fix with double-sided tape or hot melt adhesive, let the small roller press on the surface to be tested, adjust the height of the small platform so that the horizontal beads are on

After the horizontal position, lock the small platform to prevent movement during the test. Turn on the power, reset the counter and the accumulating counter to zero, and set the number of operations according to different specifications. Pass the paper tape under the right paper guide roller --> surface of the object to be tested --> roller seat --> (you can insert the paper tape into the roller seat while the machine is running) under the left paper guide roller, and finally Secure the tape to the delivery tray. Turn the ON/OFF power switch to the ON position and the counter starts counting.

Detection count accumulation function

When the preset number of driving wheel rotations has not detected the printing life, the detection operation can be continued. At this time, simply press the reset button, the machine will automatically run the previously set number of rotations (note that other testing products cannot be replaced). And automatically record the total number of running wheels.

Test completed

Take out the test object, clean the test bench, zero the count screen, and turn off the power switch.
